Townhouse Park is a small landscaped open space created by UAB on the site of the former Town House apartment building which it acquired and demolished in 2019.
The park, on the corner of University Boulevard and 20th Street South adjoining UAB Parking Lot 30, is furnished with benches and tables. In late summer the university installed a new piece of public art, a trio of illuminated cylinders designed by Deedee Morrison.
