The UAB Chemistry Building (originally University of Alabama in Birmingham Building Two or the Natural Sciences Building, later the Physical Sciences Building) is a 3-story academic building at 901 14th Street South on the UAB campus. It was the second major building project undertaken in 1970 for the development of a College of General Studies at UAB.

Ground was broken at the site of the $2 million concrete-framed, brick-clad building in July 1970. It was completed in 1972. It houses classroom, office and laboratory space. The building was renamed the "Physical Sciences Building" in 1983 and the "Chemistry Building" in 1995, following a renovation.
