Vivian "VJ" Ford (born May 10, 1945 in Birmingham) is retail worker, real estate agent, minister, and one of eight candidates to qualify in the 2010 primary for the Jefferson County Commission District 3 currently held by Bobby Humphryes.

Ford is a graduate of the Booker T. Washington Business School, Miles College, and Hartnell College in Salinas, California. She worked as a sales manager for The Emporium in San Francisco and as a customer service supervisor for J. C. Penney. She is married and has three children.
