WERC-FM, "Talk Radio 105.5", is a Clear Channel-owned radio station that broadcasts on the FM 105.5 frequency at an effective radiated power of 29.5 kilowatts. It is licensed to Hoover and serves the Birmingham market from studios at 530 Beacon Parkway West. The station is broadcast from the WJLD Tower on Red Mountain (map).

On July 6, 2009 the station, then known as WVVB-FM, announced it was dropping its former modern radio format and rebroadcasting WERC-AM's talk radio programming as WERC-FM. Both stations feature the Steve & Leah morning show and several nationally-syndicated talk programs. Local news is produced in-house with FOX News providing national stories. Paul Cashin is the station's program director.
