Will Dahlberg (born June 13, 1985 in Newbury, Vermont) is the executive director and general manager of WBHM-FM and director of the Gulf States Newsroom.

Dahlberg graduated from Oxbow High School in Bradford, Vermont in 2003. He completed a bachelor's degree in history at Hiram College in Hiram, Ohio in 2007; and a master's in American and Cultural studies at Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire in 2012. He has worked since high school as a freelance reporter, researcher, writer and news producer.

Dahlberg came to Birmingham in 2013 to take the job of membership manager for WBHM. In 2018 he was named deputy director and served two stints as interim director before accepting the permanent position in September 2022.

Dahlberg is a member of the Public Radio Association of Development Officers, and the Association of Independents in Radio.
