Yo' Mama's is a restaurant located in 2nd Row at 2328 2nd Avenue North. It is owned and operated by Denise Peterson and her daughter, Crystal, who previously operated "Jazzy Fish & Chicken" at the Seabreeze Jazz Festival in Florida. The 34-seat establishment, open for lunch only, offers one main dish of the day along with a regular menu of "new American" offerings such as chicken and waffles or shrimp tacos.

In 2016 presidential candidate Hillary Clinton visited the restaurant during a campaign stop in Birmingham.

The restaurant began serving breakfast on weekdays in July 2019. In 2021 the restaurant was awarded a grant from the James Beard Foundation's Food and Beverage Investment Fund to support majority Black or Indigenous-owned businesses threatened by the 2020 Coronavirus pandemic.

was featured on the Netflix reality series "Fresh, Fried and Crispy."
