2110–2112 14th Avenue South is a distinctive circular 3,040 square-foot office building on a 0.2 acre lot at 2112 14th Avenue South, on the corner of 21st Place South in Birmingham's Five Points South neighborhood.

The building was used by pediatrician Sam Kartus in the 1970s and housed Style Advertising in the 1980s.

The building was acquired in 2001 by endodontist Kathy Jefferson for $325,000. She leased the lower floor to Broome Real Estate. The Harmony Network DJ collective streamed from a studio on the upper floor from the early 2010s until the building was sold in April 2021.

Jose Casanova bought the building from Jefferson for $550,000 and immediately sold it to Gerard Kassouf's Highland Avenue Land Co. for $685,000. That company, which also owned and leased the nearby 2101 Highland Avenue office building, planned to take the opportunity to improve the exterior appearance of the site while marketing the building itself to a professional tenant.
