Alabama Clinical Schools (ACS) is an 80-bed secured residential treatment program and educational program which houses sexually abusive males from 9 to 18 years old from across the state. The facility, located at at 1221 Alton Drive in Birmingham's Liberty Highlands neighborhood, provides inpatient and outpatient programs and foster care placement. Its programs use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT).

ACS was founded in 1997 by Keystone Education & Youth Services of Winston-Salem, North Carolina. It was later acquired by Universal Health Services of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. Its executive director is Drayton Holmes, who succeeded Ballard Sheppard in 2022.

Its therapeutic programs are certified by the Alabama Department of Human Resources and accredited by The Joint Commission of Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. ACS' educational programs are accredited by Cognia of Alpharetta, Georgia (formerly AdvancED).

A lawsuit filed in 2023 alleges that an 11-year-old resident at Alabama Clinical Schools was repeatedly assaulted and threatened by staff between January and June 2022, when he was discharged.
