Beers Engineers was a planned brewery to have been located in the former Wood Wade Building at 114 14th Street South near Railroad Park and Regions Field. The company was founded in 2012 by D. B. Irwin III and debuted at that summer's Magic City Brewfest. Initially the company contract-brewed it beers from Gadsden's Back Forty Beer Company.

In addition to operating its own brewery, Beer Engineers planned a tap room and restaurant at its downtown location. Irwin won approval from the Birmingham Design Review Committee for renovations to the brewery, designed by bDot Architecture, in May 2014. Those plans were never realized and the company ceased doing business before the end of the year.
