A casino (from the Italian diminutive of "casa", meaning "small house") is generally taken to indicate a pleasure house, often situated in the park-like setting. By the end of the 19th century it often indicated a facility for gambling. In the Birmingham District, it can refer to any of the following:
- The Casino, a former theater at 2nd Avenue North and 22nd Street from the early 1880s to 1889, with the Casino Bar inside.
- Casino Restaurant, a former restaurant at 307 20th Street North
- East Lake Casino, a former theater at East Lake Park
- Red Mountain Casino, a pleasure house on Red Mountain
- Any of numerous Bingo parlors in operation in the late 20th and early 21st century
