Cedar Creek Court Apartments

Cedar Creek Court Apartments, formerly Country Club Gardens, is an 87-unit apartment complex located at the south end of Flint Hill Trace, addressed as 569 Flint Hill Road in Bessemer. It was constructed in 1975.
In 2021 the complex was acquired by 1Sharpe of Piedmont, California from Wicker Park Capital Management of Savannah, Georgia for $5.67 million.
