Dominick Brascia

Dominick Brascia (born May 29, 1956) is an actor, director, producer, and radio host. He appeared in a handful of films in the 1980s and is best known for his role as Joey in the 1985 horror film Friday the 13th: A New Beginning.

Dominick directed the 1988 horror film Evil Laugh, which only took a couple of days to film, and he directed the 1988 film Hard Rock Nightmare. In 2001 he directed the film My Life as a Troll, and the lastest film in 2002 was Breaking the Cycle which was released directly to video.

Brascia has made guest appearances on television shows including Knight Rider, Night Court, Otherworld, and Amazing Stories.

Brascia started doing radio in the 1990s with a morning show on Las Vegas, Nevada's KXNT 840-AM. He later moved to KNRC in Denver, Colorado, then became program director and morning show host at AM-1340 in Beaumont, Texas. In 2008 and 2009 the Dominick Brascia Show aired in the Birmingham market at WERC AM 960.
