Edgar's Bakery & Café is a Birmingham-based chain with 11 locations. The business prepares cakes, baked goods and other prepared foods to order; serves breakfast and lunch; and retails serving ware, party supplies, and decorative items.
The bakery was founded in 1997 by Terry and Dottie Smith and named for his father, Kelley Edgar Smith.
