Element Hoover Apartments (formerly The Cliffs at Rocky Ridge and Nine90 Wisteria Apartments) is a 323-unit apartment complex at 990 Wisteria Place, between Wisteria Drive and Rocky Ridge Road, just east of I-65 in Hoover. The complex was constructed in 1975.

In 2015 CLK Properties of Woodbury, New York sold the complex to a joint venture of Oro Capital Advisors of Los Angeles, California and Elmington Property Management of Nashville, Tennessee for $18.8 million. In 2019 Tricap Residential Group of Chicago, Illinois acquired the complex from them for $24 million. In 2021 they sold it to an investor based in Brooklyn, New York for $35.55 million.

The complex was the scene of fatal shootings in 2009, 2018, and 2019.
