Euro Med Klinic

The Euro Med Klinic was a fraudulent medical treatment center opened in 2015 by Isabel Gervais, using the name "Dr Rose Starr". It was located in the Patton Chapel Plaza shopping center at 1678 Montgomery Highway in Hoover.

Gervais was arrested by U.S. Postal Inspection Service agents in 2017 and charged with identity fraud and wire fraud relating to string of unlicensed clinics purporting to offer a range of treatments and services. She pleaded guilty and was sentenced to serve 6 years in prison and to forfeit $108,146.
