Frank Boykin (born c. 1877; died April 1, 1892 in Bessemer) was a worker at the Sterling Dynamite Factory in Bessemer killed in a large explosion at the plant.

At 14 years old, Boykin was the youngest of the four victims. Unlike the other three, who were blown to pieces, Boykin's "neck was broken and the back of his head crushed in." The Weekly Age-Herald did not report on whether he was related to fellow victim Ed Boykin.
