Benjamin Franklin Yoe (b. c. 1866 in Tennessee; died February 13, 1939 in Birmingham) was a collections agent and attorney who kept offices in the Hood Building in 1904 and in the Watts Building in 1910.
Yoe was the son of Benjamin Franklin and Mary Elizabeth Jackson Yoe of Hamblen County, Tennessee. He moved with his family to Greenwood, South Carolina and worked as a farmer and livestock trader there before moving to Birmingham.
Yoe died in 1939 and was survived by his wife and daughter, Marguerite Frances Yoe. He was buried at Magnolia Cemetery in Greenwood, South Carolina.
