Gresham Smith, formerly Gresham, Smith & Partners, is a Nashville, Tennessee-based architecture, engineering and planning firm with 23 offices in 11 states.
It was founded in the late 1960s by Batey Grisham and Fleming Smith. Much of the firm's growth is connected to its longstanding relationship with HCA Healthcare.
In 2023 Gresham Smith relocated their Birmingham offices from the Grandview II building at 3595 Grandview Parkway to the redeveloped 2222 Arlington in Highland Park.
