Hueytown Elementary School was a Kindergarten - Grade 5 elementary school in the Jefferson County Schools System located at 121 Forest Road in Hueytown.
For the 2020-21 school year, students zoned for Hueytown Elementary and North Highland Elementary School were combined into one group, and the Hueytown Elementary campus was converted to a Grade 3 - Grade 5 school and renamed Hueytown Intermediate School. In 2021, a new 90,000-square-foot facility on adjacent land was opened as part of the school system's capital improvement project.
