Monroe Avenue Apartments is a 76-unit apartment complex located at 1490 Monroe Avenue Southwest in Arlington-West End. The complex was constructed in 1983.

In 2021 Monroe Avenue Apartments was one of two properties sold by an affiliate of the Global Ministries Foundation of Cordova, Tennessee to the Millennia Cos. of Cleveland, Ohio. The selling price was $4.84 million.
