Morgan Road Plaza is a retail shopping center constructed in 2021 on 12.7 acres at 4289–4293 South Shades Crest Road, at its intersection with Morgan Road, in the Genery community in unincorporated Jefferson County, near Hoover and the Shelby County line.

In 2022 the property was sold by an affiliate of Realty Link of Greenville, South Carolina to an affiliate of Realty Income Corp. of San Diego, California for $15.6 million.
