North Birmingham is a neighborhood in the North Birmingham community, encompassing much of the formerly independent town of North Birmingham, which was annexed into Birmingham in 1910.

The North Birmingham neighborhood occupies the area north of Village Creek, east of I-65, west of Collegeville, and south of Daniel Payne Drive. The neighborhood includes Carver High School, built in 2002 on the former Mineral Springs Park and North Birmingham Golf Course. North Birmingham Park, in the northeast section of the neighborhood, features a baseball diamond and a recreation center. The Birmingham Towers apartments are located in the center of the neighborhood.

The North Birmingham Neighborhood Association meets on the second Monday of each month at the North Birmingham Library.
