The One721 Building is a 14,000 square-foot two-story commercial building located at 1721-1723 3rd Avenue North.

The address was the home of the Ferrell Furniture Company in 1925, Sokol Brothers Furniture in 1929 and the Seals Piano Company in the 1930s, and the Green & Stein Furniture Co. in the 1950s. Green & Stein remodeled the facade, introducing one of the city's first all-glass storefronts.

The building later housed the Black Ross Furniture Co. in the 1960s. Recent tenants have included Sonny Boy Products, which operated in the early 2010s.

Harbert Realty Services purchased the building in early 2019 and undertook a $3.6 million renovation to create four tenant spaces. Historic Tax Credits were part of the financing for the renovations.
