Over Easy

Over Easy was a 76-seat breakfast and lunch restaurant located at The Hollywood shopping center at 358 Hollywood Boulevard. It was owned by Steven and Ashley Jackson. The menu featured an Italian-flavored version of eggs benedict and a recreation of the "lumberjack potatoes" from the former Coffee Shoppe nearby. Also offered were a signature pimento cheese sandwich with fried green tomatoes, and hamburgers.

On October 6, 2015 the restaurant opened a second location at 2409 Acton Road in Vestavia Hills' Dolly Creek Station shopping center, but it was closed by 2018.

The original Hollywood Boulevard location of Over Easy closed on September 2, 2022.
