Rouland Management Services is a company that contracts to operate homeowners' associations in residential subdivisions. The company was founded in 2003 by Darrell Rouland and has offices at 2080 Shelby County Highway 33, near Pelham Oaks Elementary School in Pelham.

In April 2021 the Bent Brook Residential Owners Association filed a lawsuit against the company alleging mismanagement and theft of funds, and won a $210,000 judgment. In December 2021 the Timberlake Homeowners Association, Weatherly Residential Association, Silver Lakes Homeowners Association and Stone Creek Homeowners Association filed a similar suit.

In March 2022 Rouland's daughter, Aimee Statham, who worked as a bookkeeper for the company from 2006 to 2021, pleaded guilty to federal fraud and embezzlement charges.
