The Southlake Center is a 40,000 square-foot multi-tentant office building located at 4601 Southlake Parkway, off Valleydale Road near I-65 in Hoover.
It was constructed in 1990 on a 3.3-acre lot with 180 parking spaces. The exterior cladding is light beige brick with red brick accent bands and cast stone entrance surrounds. The metal roof is colored red.
The building was acquired for $3.05 million in 2011 by an LLC affiliated with Philip Crane, founder of Wēpa cloud-based printing systems.
Apex Roofing & Restoration purchased the building in April 2021 for $3.4 million.
