Spireworks

Spireworks is a meat-and-three restaurant, coffee bar, automat and event space planned for the former Culinard Café space at Innovation Depot. The concept was developed by owners Daniel and Stacia Briggs.

The restaurant will have 60 to 70 indoor seats and a similarly-sized patio. The "automat" function, modeled after a popular Dutch system, will allow diners to pre-order meals and pick them up by swiping their payment card. The Briggses plan to experiment with menus and methods of preparation, and to collaborate with Innovation Depot tenants to serve their needs, as well as serving the public and catering lunches at downtown offices.

Spireworks is set for a January 2017 opening.
