Sunrise Memorial Gardens or Sunrise Memory Garden, is a privately-owned cemetery located at 4386 Buzbee Road, off of Center Point Road (Alabama State Highway 75) in Birmingham's Apple Valley neighborhood.
Prior to 2005 the cemetery was owned and operated by Mike Graham & Associates. That year it was one of 15 properties placed in receivership by the Alabama Department of Insurance under the Pre-Need Funeral and Cemetery Act of 2002.
The property was acquired by McMillian Cemeteries in February 2017 for $150,000.
