Note & question

The Assistance League of Birmingham was in by 2001, but I don't know if they were the first ones to move in after the library moved out. Is it fair to categorize this as a Davis Architects building if they only handled the second remodeling rather than designing it from scratch? --Lkseitz 18:57, 27 June 2007 (PDT)
