Marc Phillips recently was the interim music minister at CrossPoint Baptist Church in Argo, AL. He developed throat cancer after a lifetime of using his voice to make a living.

My brother, Duane Griffin, worked for Split the Dark in the mid 80s as their (I believe) road manager and sound technician. He drove their equipment around in an old Ryder moving van. One of Split the Dark's largest followings was in Little Rock, AR. Duane met a girl there and wound up marrying her.
