The Park at Rocky Ridge is a 200,140 square-foot, 168-unit apartment complex on 14.83 acre parcel in unincorporated Jefferson County. It is located at 3000–3400 Chestnut Ridge Lane, off Old Rocky Ridge Road east of Little Shades Creek and south of I-459. The complex was constructed in 2005 by The Gateway Companies.
In May 2023 the property was sold to PRR Property LLC for $15.5 million.
