Timberline West Apartments

Timberline West Apartments is a 114-unit apartment complex located at 91 Timberline West, off Medical Center Drive behind Medical Center West in Bessemer. It was constructed in 1975.
In 2021 the complex was acquired by 1Sharpe of Piedmont, California from Wicker Park Capital Management of Savannah, Georgia for $10.63 million.
