Trails at Cahaba River

The Trails at Cahaba River Apartment Homes (formerly Riverside Parc) is a 400-unit apartment complex located at 801 Cahaba Forest Cove, backing up to the Little Cahaba River off of Cahaba Park Circle.

The 21-building complex, with a fitness center and two swimming pools, was constructed in 1988 as Riverside Parc. It was sold to Merion Realty Partners of Wynnewood, Pennsylvania in 2016 for $20.5 million and rebranded in 2017. Timberland Partners of Minneapolis, Minnesota acquired it in 2020 for $45.3 million.
