The West End Health Center (formerly the Chris McNair Health Center) was a clinic, owned and operated by the Jefferson County Department of Health, located at 1308 Tuscaloosa Avenue. It provided outpatient medical services such as checkups and immunizations to adults and children, as well as an in-house pharmacy.

The clinic was opened in 1996 and named for then-Jefferson County Commissioner Chris McNair at the request of the commission. On August 26, 2008 the Jefferson County Board of Health voted to change the name of the clinic in line with its history of naming centers after their locations. McNair was convicted in 2006 on charges of bribery and conspiracy related to the Jefferson County sewer construction scandal.

The West End Health Center was later closed and a new Western Health Center was constructed at 631 Bessemer Super Highway in Midfield. It opened in February 2015.
