2310-2316 1st Avenue North is a four-bay, two-story brick commercial building on 1st Avenue North in the Central City neighborhood of downtown Birmingham.
The vacant building is owned by Sloss Real Estate. In 2013 the company revealed plans to demolish all but the building's facade and use the remainder as a parking lot for Sloss's nearby Fix Play Lofts and adjacent Weld for Birmingham offices. A design plan which included car entrances through the facade from 1st Avenue was rejected by the Birmingham Design Review Committee in March 2013.
