Brooks & Brooks was a law firm formed by Judge William Brooks and his son, Richard Brooks in 1888. The elder brooks had previously been associated in Birmingham with his nephew, John Vary and J. W. Bush.
Brooks & Brooks kept offices in the Watts Building.
