Victoria (died 2010 at the Birmingham Zoo) was a Southern hairy-nosed wombat (Lasiorhinus latifrons) which went on exhibit at the Birmingham Zoo's "Kangaroo Kountry" exhibit, along with her companion Wilbur, on March 17, 2009. Zoo officials hoped that the two, which both came from the Melbourne Zoo in Melbourne, Australia, would produce offspring.
Victoria died in 2010, however, and Wilbur was transferred to the Brookfield Zoo in Brookfield, Illinois.
