The Scottish Town Piper was a gift shop at 1318 20th Street South in the Cobb Lane Apartments. The shop specialized in Scottish and Celtic artwork, books, bagpipes and curiosities. It opened in 1997 and was owned by Melissa Morrison with her son Ryan and his fiancée Sherry Hardy.
