The Gristle Twins were a buzz-rock band based in Pleasant Grove during the early 1990s.
The band was formed in 1992 and consisted of vocalist Heather Spencer ("Fluff Lovesickle"), guitarist Lewis Bailey, bassist Sinde and drummer Greg Addison.
The band released a self-titled demo cassette and had one song, "Mr Scissors", featured on the 1993 Balkanize Now compilation.
