Clay Landings Apartments, formerly Park Brook Apartments, is a 124-unit apartment complex at 856 Park Brook Trail off of Chalkville School Road between Reed Road and Old Springville Road in unincorporated Jefferson County just east of Center Point. The complex features a swimming pool and playground.
ROCO Management of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan acquired the complex for paid $2.8 million in 2013. CP Investors of Long Island, New York purchased it from them in 2020 for $5.7 million. The property is managed by Meridian Management Group of Atlanta, Georgia.
In 2022 the complex was sold to an affiliate of Arch Companies of New York as part of a portfolio of three properties which traded hands for a combined $36.5 million.
