Amazyng Baking was an online bakery owned by Mazy Holiday in the mid-2000s.
The business planned to open a retail bakery and coffee shop, called Toast Bakery in a former auto body shop at 24th Street and 2nd Avenue South in March 2007.
The bakery was to feature traditional breads from around the world, along with cakes, pastries and home-made marshmallows. The shop woud feature a light lunch menu and coffee.
