The HABD Building is a two-story stucco building at 1826 3rd Avenue South which houses the offices of the Housing Authority of the Birmingham District.

In 2016 HABD director Michael Lundy proposed demolishing the existing building and constructing a new 6-story building with leasable commercial space at ground level, administrative offices on the top floor, and affordable senior housing units in between.
