The Quintown Theatre, in Flat Creek, was one of five single-screen cinemas and two drive-ins owned and operated by the Thornton Horn Theatre Company.

The company was incorporated by George Thornton and his wife Ray Quinn Thornton, in partnership with their daughter Glenera Thornton Horn and her husband Raymond J. Horn.

Other properties operated by the Thornton Horn Company included the Gu-Win Drive-In, the Pastime Theatre in Winfield and the THC Drive-In in Graysville.

Glen and R.J. Horn were the maternal grandparents of Glenny Brock.
