Chelsea Crossings is a strip mall along U.S. Highway 280 in Chelsea across from the city's Wal-Mart Supercenter. It opened in spring 2007. When completed, the shopping center features 37,850-square-feet of retail space and cost $6.5 million. The mall was developed and is owned by MAP Development, LLC. Sherrod Building Company was the primary contractor.

Tenants

Most of the center's tenants are national chains. As of April 2007, the following tenants had leased space, leaving five 1400-square-foot spaces unleased:

  • Anytime Fitness
  • Cato
  • Dollar Tree
  • Habaneros
  • Quizno's
  • Selco Cleaners
  • The Shoe Dept.
  • Verizon
