Sandra Little Brown (born June 4, 1955) is the owner of JJ's T-shirts & Team World and one of 6 candidates to qualify for a 2010 Democratic primary to fill the Jefferson County Commission District 2 seat left open when Shelia Smoot decided to run for U. S. Congress.

Brown graduated from Wenonah High School in 1973 and attended Lawson State Community College and was a member of the 2000 class of Leadership Birmingham. She is married and has four children.
