Wildwood North is a 169,000 square-foot shopping center located north of Lakeshore Parkway and west of I-65 in Homewood.  It was constructed after Wildwood Centre on the other side of Lakeshore Parkway.  Most of the center is accessed along State Farm Parkway. It was developed by AIG Baker and previously managed by AJ&C Garfunkel of Savannah, Georgia.  In June 2010 the center was sold to CWCapital Asset Management.
