Killough Springs is a neighborhood in Birmingham's Huffman community. Residents voted on June 16, 1959 to be annexed into the City of Birmingham.
The Killough Springs Neighborhood Association meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month at Smith Middle School. Pearlie Lawhorne is the neighborhood president.
