Crazy Cazboy's is a discount retail chain founded by John Cassimus, who previously began operating Last Word Liquidators and the Pelham franchise of discount retailer Mike's Merchandise. The first Crazy Cazboy's store opened in 2019 in the Homewood Commons shopping center at 136 Wildwood Parkway.

In early 2020 Crazy Cazboy's took over the original Mike's Merchandise location in Guntersville and opened a third store in Pensacola, Florida. In September of that year, a 35,000 square-foot "Mega Mart" location opened in a former Big Lots at The Plaza at Riverchase, 1855 Montgomery Highway in Hoover. The Homewood Commons location was subsequently converted into a "SuperCaz" with higher-priced merchandise.
