The Wooten Building is a 1-story, 7,000 square foot office building located at 720–724 37th Street South in the Highland Office Park in Birmingham's Forest Park-South Avondale neighborhood. It was constructed in 1965.
Gip Plott acquired the property for $250,000 in early 2020 and carried out a renovation with plans to move the offices of Plott & Co. into the building. Before completing the renovation, Plott accepted an $810,000 purchase offer from Porter Watson McCollister of Nashville, Tennessee.
