Goodwyn, Mills & Cawood is a Montgomery-based engineering and architecture firm. It was founded in 1947 by civil engineers George Goodwyn and Don Mills. Steve Cawood joined the firm in 1985. A year later, the company added architectural services.

Currently Goodwyn, Mills & Cawood has more than 300 employees in twelve offices in Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina and Georgia. The firm's Birmingham office is located at 2701 1st Avenue South.
